The original concept for theNoise came about because many of my artist and musician friends wanted help setting up websites and finding affordable web hosting services. At the time, I was leading a Fortune 100 corporation through their Internet strategies and later moved into a consulting firm doing the same for the Fortune 500. As I spent more time with non-profit organizations, where I felt the future lies, their need for services grew, too. So I decided to create an affordable but full featured internet service provider (ISP) focused on web-hosting for startups to meet the needs of these types of smaller and mid-sized organizations and grow with them into the future..

We have managed and monitored servers located in a secured data center with multiple connections to the backbone, regular backups, and diesel generator backup. And we have large clients and dedicated servers as well as reseller accounts and virtual private servers (VPS, segmented "dedicated" servers).
Our philosophy is to provide a full-service, self-managed hosting environment that is sold based solely upon disk space and bandwidth, not on nickel-and-diming you to death on individual e-mail accounts, forwarders or additional databases. The functionality on the server is already available and to charge more to have us flip a switch on a web page that disabled such is ludicrous IMHO (in my/our humble opinion). Others will sell you unlimited space/bandwidth, but they don't really mean it, and others will gobble up your resources and make your service suffer. Do you really want to depend upon a "cheaper" service that oversells at the expense of your uptime? Our web and email hosting packages start at $5/mo, payable annually as $60 (prorated monthly if you leave). This is the smallest package we currently offer, but have much, much more, too. We also can accept credit cards. We will provide you with the directions you need to migrate your account without service interruption should you want that. We also have Reseller Accounts, as well as Private and Dedicated Servers. A Shared Reseller account is an additional $5/month which includes an Administrator Control Panel for managing your accounts. We provide free Let's Encrypt certificates, can provide regular SSL certificates for $50/year, or you can purchase and install yourself.
